About Nicole Malone-Ryan

Helge  |  Dan  |  John |  Nicole  |  Sterling

Nicole met Helge over rum cake back in the '90s and has been working with him ever since.

She left Jamaica for college in the US and settled in Chicago, then Seattle, establishing herself in the creative industry working in Advertising, Printing and Exhibit Design.   She now runs her own company, Nics1 Design, which gives her the freedom to travel and work from home.

Nicole has travelled to 35 countries, so far. A big chunk of them on her solo trip around the world in 2006-2007, after which she moved to South Africa for a year to volunteer at a Children's Hospital, and ended up landing a contract job as graphic designer with a firm in Cape Town.  But no matter where she goes, Nicole is always available to work with GlobeRiders via laptop and the internet.

Her contributions to GlobeRiders have nothing to do with motorcycles.  Both times she tried driving a bike, she ended up in a fence, then in the dirt.   Nicole has way more skills at the computer, where she developed the GlobeRiders brand, and creates all our tour logos and print ads.  She also worked on the layout and re-design of “10 Years on 2 Wheels” and will continue working with GlobeRiders on future design projects.

Through a series of random events Nicole finds herself living in Seattle again . . . for now.
